    The Superfeet Heel Lifts are an inexpensive tool to improve the fit of your skates. They sit at the heel underneath the original insole or underneath the liner. Raising the heel.

    The bottom side of the heel raiser has tape so that it sticks to your boot.

    Size S: length = 95mm
    Size S: Width = 65mm
    Size M: Length = 105mm
    Size M: Width = 65mm
    Size M: Length = 130mm
    Size M: Width = 65mm

    The size L fits best if you use it underneath the liner. Tried and tested on an Aeon 43-44.
