In September 2015 skating lost a legend due to a tragic incident. Edwin Wieringh lovingly referred to as Edwin from Hell was a fantastic friend, talented athlete, and ambassador for blading. This t-shirt was made shortly after Edwin's passing by his friend from San Diego Steve Steinmetz along with the help of legendary graphic artist Robert Lievanos. This photo was taken 1 year before Edwin's death. The photo chosen for the t-shirt was a ghosted true top soyale on a rail overlooking downtown San Diego, CA by Steve Steinmetz. This image was used for Edwin's final interview in One Magazines Digital issue # 5 Published on Jul 2, 2015.
Sadly, Albert Wieringh and Edwin's family never received this particular item in 2015 and requested them to be reprinted.
By wearing this shirt you are honoring the life and legacy of a man that truly embodied professionalism and dedication to the craft of inline skating. Wear it in proud memory of our brother Edwin "From Hell" Wieringh.
